Background Various physical and mental sequelae reduce the quality of life (QOL) intensive care unit (ICU) patients. Current guidelines recommend multi-angular approaches to prevent these sequelae. Some studies have demonstrated clinical effectiveness rehabilitation or ICU diary against sequelae, whereas others not.
